We provide structured virtual observation and daily reporting for families who want consistent awareness — not hands-on care or emergency monitoring.
During scheduled coverage hours, a trained observer monitors daily activity through an in-home camera installed by the family. Our role is to observe routines, note patterns, and document relevant activity so families have clear visibility into what’s happening when they are not present.
Our observation services include:
Scheduled virtual observation during selected coverage hours
Monitoring of general movement, routines, and behaviors
Documentation of notable changes or patterns
A written daily shift report emailed to the family
Optional limited interaction via camera audio, if enabled
We do not provide medical care, emergency response, or in-home assistance. Our service is observational and informational only.
Families who want additional guidance may choose to add optional consulting support.
Our role is to be a consistent, neutral presence during scheduled observation hours. Using in-home cameras, placed by the family, we observe daily routines, note patterns, and document relevant activity so families have clear visibility into what is happening with a loved one, when they are not present.
We do not provide medical care, emergency response, or in-home assistance. Our service is observational and informational only.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: In rare instances of clearly observable, immediate emergencies, the observer may contact emergency services and notify the designated family contact. This does not create an ongoing duty to detect, prevent, or respond to emergencies.
While some families may view this service as an added layer of reassurance during the day, it is not protective supervision and does not replace in-person care, medical oversight, or emergency monitoring.
What about Emergencies?
In rare instances of clearly observable, immediate emergencies, the observer may contact emergency services and notify the designated family contact. This does not create an ongoing duty to detect, prevent, or respond to emergencies.
Remote presence. Structured reporting. Peace of mind.
Caring for a loved one doesn’t always mean hands-on care is required. Sometimes families simply need reliable observation, consistent documentation, and reassurance that someone is present during the day.
Our Virtual Observation Service provides scheduled, remote observation of your loved one in their home, with written daily reports deliverd directly to the family.
This service is supportive, not a replacement for in-person care or medical professionals.
